Design Notes

This part was designed to combine known sequence features that enhanced transcription from T7 RNA polymerase and translation from ribosomes in Vibrio natriegens. Design started with BBa_K3187014 which had previously been designed for optimal expression in E. coli, and sequence features improving transcription/translation by T7 RNAP in Vibrio natriegens were added.
